To use services on 100l5, you must create a personal account. Only one account per person is permitted. If a single person holds multiple accounts, 100l5 reserves the right to close those accounts and forfeit any funds held in them.

- An active email address and mobile number.
- Date of birth, confirming you are 21 or older.
- A strong password, which only you should know.
2.2 Account Security

2.3 Account Verification
100l5 may request verification of your identity and age at any time. A copy of your national ID card or passport may be required for verification. Failure to provide the necessary documents may result in your account being temporarily suspended.
2.4 Account Closure
You may request account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your available balance before the account is closed, though different rules apply in cases of Terms violations.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy
All financial transactions on 100l5 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). We provide financial services through secure and widely used mobile banking methods.
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
100l5 supports only the following payment methods:
- bKash — Bangladesh's leading mobile banking service.
- Nagad — Digital financial service of Bangladesh Post Office.
- Rocket — Mobile banking service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
- Upay — Mobile payment platform of United Commercial Bank.
3.2 Deposit Rules
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method).
- Deposited funds must come from your own account only.
- Deposits through third parties are strictly prohibited.
- Funds are generally credited within a few minutes of a successful transaction.
3.3 Withdrawal Rules
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
- Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawal processing typically takes between 10 and 45 minutes.
- Applicable wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing.
- Withdrawals of earnings from bonuses are subject to the relevant bonus terms and conditions.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500.
- Deposit ৳22,000 or more → maximum ৳15,000 bonus → total balance ৳37,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus. For example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus earnings.
4.3 General Bonus Rules
- Bonuses cannot be transferred to another user.
- Bonuses cannot be converted to cash.
- Bonuses may be cancelled in the event of a Terms violation.
- A new bonus cannot be activated before a current bonus is completed.
- 100l5 reserves the right to modify or withdraw bonus offers at any time.
4.4 VIP Program
100l5 has a VIP loyalty program for regular members. This four-tier program includes: Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%; Silver — up to 0.4%; Gold — up to 0.6%; Platinum — up to 0.8%. VIP tier advancement depends on a member's activity and contribution on the platform.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 100l5 platform and may result in account closure and legal action:
5.1 Fraudulent Activities
- Opening or operating an account using false information.
- Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
- Using another person's account without their permission.
- Playing games through software, bots, or automated systems.
5.2 Financial Misconduct
- Depositing funds from third-party sources into an account.
- Money laundering or using illegal funds.
- Attempting to withdraw without meeting applicable bonus wagering requirements.
- Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes.
5.3 Platform Security Violations
- Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
- Using malware or hacking tools.
- Attempting to technically alter game outcomes.

Service Termination & Suspension
100l5 reserves the right to suspend or close an account at any time, without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
- Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
- Providing false or misleading information.
- Involvement in fraudulent activity.
- Abuse of bonuses or operating multiple accounts.
- Legal or regulatory requirements.
- Attempts to harm other users of the platform.
In the event of account closure, no bonuses or bonus-related earnings will be refunded. However, the original deposited amount will be returned if no terms and conditions have been violated.
